Gran Enemigo Single Vineyard El Cepillo 2019 is a wine that intensely expresses the identity of El Cepillo, one of the southernmost and coolest zones of the Uco Valley. Crafted by Alejandro Vigil, this Cabernet Franc with a touch of Malbec combines structure, elegance, and a distinctive mineral character.
"Deep red in color, the nose presents aromas of licorice, fresh red fruits, mountain herbs, earthy notes, and dried flowers. On the palate, it is vibrant, with firm yet polished tannins, a silky texture, and marked acidity that enhances its freshness. The finish is long, mineral, and saline — a pure reflection of the calcareous soils of El Cepillo. A gem for those who seek mountain wines with identity."
