We ship to the entire continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom.
The minimum order is 4 bottles per purchase.
In the United States: $14.99 for orders of 4 or 5 bottles. Free shipping on orders of 6 bottles or more. In the United Kingdom: £20 for orders of 4 or 5 bottles. Free shipping on orders of 6 bottles or more.
United States: 3-7 business days. United Kingdom: 4-8 business days. Puerto Rico: between 4 and 8 business days.
All orders are shipped from Argentina and travel directly to the customer's home via FedEx Priority.
No. Prices include import taxes for both the United States and the United Kingdom. In the UK, VAT (value added tax) is automatically calculated and added at checkout.
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the FedEx tracking number. If you can't find it, check your spam folder.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email us with photos and the tracking number. We'll send you a replacement or refund your purchase. We are not responsible for theft if the package is delivered and left at the door of the home.
We do not accept returns once the order has been shipped. All our products are shipped from Argentina, and the country's customs regulations do not allow the re-entry of exported merchandise, especially alcoholic products such as wine. This makes managing a physical return not only extremely complex and costly, but also downright unfeasible.
Yes. If your order arrives damaged or with broken bottles, you can request a partial or full refund. Just write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
