Winemaking Process:

Manual harvest with cluster selection and destemming. A pre-fermentation cold maceration is carried out at 8°C, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°C with selected yeasts. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels before being bottled with a gentle filtration process.
