DESCRIPTION OF THE WINERY
The history of Bodega Rosell Boher dates back to the late 19th century, when Bernardo Martínez, grandfather of the renowned winemaker Alejandro Martínez Rosell, founded it. However, it was not until 1999 when this historic winery was rescued and revitalized to make way for a new era of wine excellence.
Specialising in the production of sparkling wines using the Champenoise method, Bodega Rosell Boher has become a benchmark for quality and dedication at every stage of its production. With a wide range that includes brut, brut nature and extra brut, this winery is distinguished by its commitment to excellence and innovation.
Among its outstanding labels are the sparkling wines of the Casa Boher family, as well as the renowned Casa Boher Gran Corte, Gran Reserva, Gran Chardonnay and the prestigious Línea Fincas.

Base wine fermentation: 25 days of malolactic fermentation.
2nd fermentation or mousse prize: 45 to 60 days.
Aging on lees: 30 months.

VIEW
Bright pink with ruby tones. Delicate and persistent bubbles.
NOSE
Intense fruity aromas such as cherries and raspberries, accompanied by citrus and tropical notes of pineapple and coconut, mixed with hints of toasted bread and yeast.
PALATE
Well structured, full of red fruit and citrus flavours, with refreshing acidity and a long, balanced and effervescent finish.
