Zuccardi Botánico Chardonnay 2022 is a masterful white wine that captures the extreme biodiversity and minerality of Gualtallary Monasterio, located at 1360–1385 meters above sea level in the Uco Valley.
"Botánico is born in a wild, desert-like landscape, surrounded by native flora such as jarilla, retamo, thyme, and chañar. The calcareous and sandy soils, filled with stones and caliche layers, provide the foundation for a truly distinctive wine. This Chardonnay is a genuine 'vino de paraje': precise and elegant, with vibrant acidity, tight texture, and a deeply mineral profile that reflects its place of origin."
