Description:

Cynar is a traditional Italian amaro liqueur made from artichoke and a secret infusion of 13 carefully selected herbs and plants. Known for its distinctive bittersweet flavor, it’s ideal as an aperitif or digestif, and works perfectly in cocktails like the Cynar Spritz or Cynar Negroni.

Although its formula originates in Italy, Cynar is also produced in Argentina under license, faithfully preserving the original recipe and flavor profile. The Argentine version is widely enjoyed across the country and holds a place in local cocktail culture. There are no significant differences in taste or quality compared to the Italian bottling, as both are part of the Campari Group portfolio.
