Sourced from extreme vineyards in Gualtallary, Tupungato (Uco Valley) at 1,600 meters (5,249 ft) above sea level, this 100% Torrontés redefines the grape through an innovative biological aging process: 18 months in 500-liter French oak barrels under a veil of flor (velo). This rare technique marries the floral and citrus purity of high-altitude Torrontés with intense chalky minerality, savory depth, and nutty complexity.

"In the glass, it displays a bright golden-yellow hue with greenish reflections. The nose is captivating and complex, revealing layered aromas of citrus zest, dried white flowers, chamomile, and fresh herbs intertwined with distinctive notes of toasted almonds, brioche, and a sharp saline minerality. On the palate, it is vibrant and vertical, driven by electric natural acidity and a textured, chalky grip, finishing remarkably dry, savory, and persistent."
