Description:
Cynar is an amaro liqueur of Italian origin, made from artichoke and a secret blend of 13 herbs and plants. Renowned for its distinctive bittersweet profile, it works perfectly as an aperitif or digestif and shines in cocktails such as the Cynar Spritz or the Cynar Negroni.
Although its recipe is Italian, Cynar is also produced in Argentina under license, preserving the original formula and respecting its organoleptic characteristics. The Argentine version is widely consumed locally and is part of popular culture in bars and homes alike. There are no substantial differences in flavor or quality compared to the Italian-made version, as both are part of the Campari Group portfolio.
