Description
Privado Reserva Malbec from Jorge Rubio Winery offers a pleasant profile marked by dried fruit notes typical of the variety. It is round and harmonious on the palate, with very well-balanced acidity. Warm, smooth, and expressive, it features sweet, gentle tannins that enhance its easy-drinking character.
This wine pairs beautifully with grilled meats, hard cheeses, dry pastas with tomato-based sauces, or sautéed poultry with vegetables, mushrooms, and soy sauce.
The Privado Reserva designation includes wines aged for 12 months in 225-liter French and American oak barrels, recognized for their distinctive leather labels and offered across several varietals to suit different palates.
