Aged in foudres and concrete, with native yeasts and minimal intervention, this wine seeks to express soil texture, the natural tension of the fruit, and the mineral character of the calcareous soils of the Uco Valley.

"Deep red in color with magenta hues, it reveals a complex nose: raspberry, cassis, and plum intertwine with thyme, chamomile, jarilla, wet stone, graphite, and menthol. On the palate, it is juicy and enveloping, with marked natural acidity, richly textured tannins, and a long finish highlighted by chalky sensations and notes of red fruit, gunpowder, and wild herbs. A precise, vibrant, and highly distinctive expression of high-altitude Malbec."
