Its time in oak delivers well-integrated notes of cedar and vanilla. On the palate, it shows a fresh, vibrant attack with excellent structure, recalling ripe red fruits layered with eucalyptus and black pepper. This is a wine of notable balance and elegance, finishing long, persistent, and finely structured.

El Enemigo was born when Alejandro Vigil and Adrianna Catena, youngest daughter of Nicolás Catena, founded Bodega Aleanna with the goal of reviving some of Argentina’s forgotten traditional winemaking techniques. Their philosophy centers on minimal intervention—crafting a “transparent” wine where the winemaker’s hand does not dominate, but instead interprets and reveals the unique character of each terroir.
