Jorge Rubio Privado Pinot Noir is an elegant, refined, and remarkably fresh expression of Southern Mendoza Pinot Noir, crafted entirely from selected grapes in the unique terroir of General Alvear. Vinified completely in stainless steel tanks with no oak contact to preserve its maximum varietal typicity, this wine beautifully captures the genuine and vibrant spirit of the region, distinguished in the catalog by its iconic and exclusive hand-crafted leather label.
"Soft cherry-red in color with attractive ruby reflections, the nose offers high aromatic intensity, showing a young, fresh, and fruit-driven character dominated by complex notes of cherry, raspberry, strawberry, and wild rosehip. On the palate, it enters smoothly with sweet, velvety tannins and a vibrant freshness where the fruit entirely floods the mouth, echoing notes of fresh berries, watermelon, and a long, persistent finish with an elegant touch of rosehip."
