Colomé El Arenal Malbec Single Vineyard is an ode to visionaries who dare to go beyond known limits. Sourced from a unique vineyard planted by Donald and Ursula Hess at 2,600 meters above sea level in the Upper Calchaquí Valley, this wine embodies the strength, freshness, and elegance that only an extreme terroir can deliver.
"Deep, almost black in color with violet hues, it offers an elegant and complex nose with notes of black fruits such as blackberry and cherry, accompanied by spices (white pepper), floral notes like violets, and a pronounced mineral character. On the palate, it is vibrant, concentrated, and fruit-driven, with firm tannins and impeccable structure. Its aging in French oak barrels adds subtle toasty notes, perfectly integrated. A high-altitude Malbec with a daring and sophisticated soul."
