Bodega Colomé Estate Torrontés 2025 is a vibrant, intense, and remarkably crisp high-altitude expression of Salta's flagship white grape, sourced from vineyards situated between 1,700 and 3,100 meters above sea level in the Calchaquí Valleys. Cold-fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks with no oak contact, this wine perfectly captures the intense solar exposure and thermal amplitude of its terroir, guided by a philosophy of maximizing aromatic purity and refreshing natural acidity.
"Bright yellow in color with greenish reflections, the nose is highly fragrant and expressive, offering an exotic bouquet of white flowers, fresh roses, citrus blossom, and grapefruit, beautifully intertwined with notes of white peach and pear. On the palate, it enters with excellent tension and sharp, chiseled acidity, showing a medium-bodied profile with a slightly oily yet mineral texture. Its finish is long, clean, and beautifully savory, making it a stellar selection for everyday enjoyment and versatile pairing."
