Cruzat Millésime 2018 is an exceptional, structured, and mature expression of high-altitude sparkling wine, crafted entirely from 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from Gualtallary in the Uco Valley. Produced under the strict Traditional Method (Champenoise), this ultra-premium icon rested for an extraordinary 90 months on its lees, developing immense depth and complexity guided by a philosophy of world-class excellence and patient precision.
"Sutil yellow in color, the nose is highly complex and expressive, offering fine aromas of black fruits like currants and olives, beautifully intertwined with dried fruits, toasted bread, yeast, and subtle lactic sensations.
