Jorge Rubio Privado Reserva Chardonnay Roble is an elegant, complex, and unctuous expression of Mendoza Chardonnay, crafted from selected grapes grown in the southern oasis of General Alvear. Aged for 10 to 12 months in French and American oak barrels on fine lees, this wine beautifully balances fresh fruit characteristics with rich wood influence, distinguished in the catalog by its iconic and exclusive hand-crafted leather label.
"Bright yellow in color with golden reflections, the nose is highly expressive and complex, offering intense aromas of tropical fruits like pineapple and melon, intertwined with notes of pear, green apple, walnut, vanilla, and hints of butter. On the palate, it stands out for its oily texture, great volume, and a refreshing acidity that provides perfect balance. Its finish is long, silky, and very elegant, making it the ideal partner for structured and creamy dishes."
