Luigi Bosca Malbec 2024 is a bright violet-red wine with an intense yet approachable aromatic profile. Winemaking:
The grapes are hand-harvested, with careful bunch selection and destemming. A cold pre-fermentation maceration is carried out at 8°C (46°F), followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°C (82°F) using selected yeasts. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and bottled with gentle filtration.
