Winemaking:

Alcoholic fermentation takes place with selected yeasts over 12 days in stainless steel tanks, with temperatures maintained between 24 and 26°C (75–79°F). Malolactic fermentation is then carried out in the same tanks, preserving the wine’s fresh and fruit-driven profile. The wine sees no oak contact, highlighting its pure and authentic varietal expression.
